Culture and Values must be embedded in business strategy and deeply understood by people and customers.  They will always come to life in your systems and processes – either for or against you.  Better to lead on purpose and rally resources towards the business outcomes you and your team deserve.  

It’s never about the values posters on the back of the bathroom doors.
