My purpose is to help people live theirs. Because to live a life built from the depths of your values is empowering, enriching and so much more fun than faking it.
— Fiona Ryan | Director Culture on Purpose

Fiona is a consultant in culture and leadership, executive mentor and coach and top team facilitator.

Culture-on-Purpose was built based on her exposure to global best practice companies famous for their real and enduring commitment to culture and authentic leadership.

Fiona is known for her ability to uncover unique insights into behaviour and translate these practically, to create an environment where leaders can be more of themselves and optimise their strengths.

She tackles her work with boundless energy, genuine empathy and a keen sense of fun.  Her approach to business problem solving is human centred and evidence based to ensure clients are left with actionable steps to embed into real business practices.

With early roles in retail and banking, where interests in customer experience were laid, Fiona’s substantive Executive career focused on leading cultural transformation and leadership development in top ASX companies in the banking industry, as well as market disruptors.

At Culture on Purpose Fiona has worked with clients in elite sport, energy, community, banking, youth services, health, government and professional services.

I’ve personally worked with Fiona at several institutions and watched as her incredible empathy, energy, and insight about the practice and nuance of leading people in a large organisation has translated into substantial shifts in leadership capability and staff engagement. Having worked and trained in both large and small institutions, Fiona knows what works and how to help leaders build effective teams that engage people at all levels of an organisation.
